Mindomo- http://www.mindomo.com Mindomo is a versatile Web-based mind mapping tool, delivering the capabilities of desktop mind mapping software in a Web browser. Users get basic tools for free upon registering. A more robust set of tools is available for a cost.
MindMeister - http://www.mindmeister.com Just like Mindomo, MindMeister allows a user to register and use a basic account type for free. It also allows the user to share maps for collaboration.
Writing Checklists
Ta Da - http://www.tadalist.com Ta Da is a web-based tool for making To-Do lists either for yourself or for sharing with others. It's free. You just create and account with Ta Da to use it.
Bla Bla Lists - http://www.blablalist.com Also free, Bla Bla Lists allows more flexible collaboration by allowing list creators to share To-Do lists with others who don't even have a Bla Bla account, email lists to themselves, and publish with RSS so others can receive updates in real time.
Remember The Milk - http://www.rememberthemilk.com Free accounts offer the same To-Do list collaboration tools as Ta Da and Bla Bla. It extends productivity to include Google applications like Gmail, Google Calendar, and iGoogle.
